colorless pyriform font with five cobalt blue spiraling stripes and alternating groups of white stripes, very unusual multi-color swirling marbled columnar-form base, brass connector, No. 2 fine-line collar. Probably the shop of Nicholas Lutz, Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., or J. Walter & Co., Williamsburg, NY. 9 3/8" H, 4" SQ base. Third quarter 19th century.

Excellent condition, font undamaged, top of stem with flakes/roughness, one stem panel with a small light bruise, base with a shallow chip to top of circular step and another to outer edge of foot, along with some minor flakes/roughness.
