comprising a tea bowl and saucer, painted in typical Prattware hues with blue and ocher band centering a fanciful peafowl nestled among branches, with blue-green-sponged foliage, a cluster of foliate to the verso and within the well of the tea bow; and another saucer, slightly paler in hue. Unmarked. Circa 1800-1820. 2" H, the teabowl; 5 1/4" DOA, the saucers.

Good to very good condition, with a short hairline to the teabowl rim, very light crazing, and signs of being stacked in the kiln; the first saucer with two short hairlines off of the rim toward the well, and some visible crazing; the second saucer in very good condition.
