- Lot Description
(DESCRIPTION UPDATED 2/25/15) comprising a Basket Weave and Morning Glory mug with gold highlights, two Fish Scale custard cups in blue, M and T Beverage advertising mug, and a small Pepper pot with two gold lines accenting the circumference. First quarter 20th century. 2 1/2" to 4 3/4" H. Literature: Taylor/Lowrance - Salt Glaze Stoneware, pp. 94-97. Provenance: Property of a Virginia private collector.
Condition
Excellent to very good condition, larger Fish Scale excellent, smaller one with chip to base and firing imperfections, as made, advertising mug and pot excellent, morning glory mug very good with firing imperfections, as made.
