  A pair of German silver knights on horseback by Neresheimer & Co., Hanau c. 1895. Realistically modeled as knights in armor with swords and lances, astride galloping horses in a jousting pose, parcel gilt with carved ivory faces, the rectangular bases set with plaques and modeled with vegetation and reptiles. 13" (33cm) high, 117.5 ozt (3654g).
