  A fine quality George III style sterling silver basket (for cake or fruit) in neoclassical style by Crichton Brothers, hallmarked London 1913. Oval shape on ring foot with swing handle, pierced and embossed with swags, urns and medallions, shell feet and bead border. Monogrammed in script EF. 12" (30.5cm) long, 10.25" (26cm) wide, 31.7 ozt (987g).
