Antique Chinese Daoguang period enamel porcelain teacup and cover; exterior of cover finely decorated with scholars, immortals, and calligraphy, mark to center of lid; base similarly decorated with figures and extensive calligraphy describing various legends; the base with six-character Daoguang mark and of the period, gilt rim with minor areas of wear and loss; the cover has several chips, one has a hairline crack extending from it; the base has two hairline cracks and some chips to rim; there are no visible repairs. ; L 4 1/2" x H 3 3/4" (Approx.)
