Sister Corita Kent's "Love the Dark Moments" 1977. Signed 77-10 on Verso in Pencil. Signed by the artist in pencil on the front Corita. 11.5 in x 16 in unframed watercolor and 15 in x 21 in framed. Corita Kent, born Frances Elizabeth Kent and also known as Sister Mary Corita Kent, was an American artist, designer and educator, and former religious sister. Key themes in her work included Christianity, and social justice. She was also a teacher at the Immaculate Heart College.
