Frank Garo is an internationally known Forensic Handwriting Examiner. The COA is FPG: 32150. The work is 11 1/2" x 8 3/4" in. Framed 15" x 12". Rufino del Carmen Arellanes Tamayo was a influential Mexican painter of Zapotec heritage, born in Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico. Tamayo was active in the mid-20th century in Mexico and New York, painting figurative abstraction with surrealist influences. Since his death in 1991, his works have been highly sought after by collectors.
