VACHERON CONSTANTIN, 18K YELLOW GOLD OPEN FACE POCKET WATCH
45.00 mm case diameter, two-section dial with central silver linear and radial finish and outer white finish, black Arabic numerals, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, stem wound and set 18 jewel manual wind movement with eight adjustments signed VACHERON CONSTANTIN, polished cuvette, monogram engraved case back with black enamel detail.
Inner case back stamp: V&C 5 243691 18K (Swiss hallmark).
Movement number: 389686.
32.25 dwt.
Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin box.
