Two Plaid and Floral Dresses, 1940s
This lot includes two full length dresses.
THE FIRST
Black, yellow, pink, and white plaid taffeta dress with attached bow at front neckline, goldtone knotted buttons, and an A-line skirt. A yellow silk printed scarf/wrap is included.

THE SECOND
Cream and light blue silk sateen printed with multi-hued floral pattern short sleeve dress with waist tie and flared skirt.

Condition:THE FIRSTThe overall condition is very good with a loose seam on the front right neckline at shoulder, a small popped seam along the front skirt at hip level, and very minor wear on the knotted buttons. The scarf is very good structurally however there are several dark spots throughout. THE SECONDThe overall condition is very good with some slight soiling along the hemline and neckline and very small spots on the back skirt at hip level. The sleeve facings are coming undone at wrist. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use.
