This lot includes two women's trench coats and one rain cap.
THE FIRST
Tan cotton trench coat with plaid wool lining, hip welt pockets, and center front button closure.

Red polyester blend peach skin trench coat with raglan sleeves, double pleated vent in the back, wool cashmere blend lining, and matching bucket hat.

Property from the Estate of Patricia Ann Black Smyth, Sold to Benefit Berea College, Berea, KentuckyCondition:THE FIRSTThe overall condition is fair with considerable soiling around the neckline, on both sleeves, at the hips near pockets, and along the hemline. The center front buttons are chipped and the front left hemline has a hole, and the front right pocket welt has some loose stitches. It is missing it's belt and the right chain stitch belt loop is loose. THE SECONDThe overall condition is good with soiling most noticeable at the neckline on the collar points. The leather buckles on the sleeves and belt are worn and there is some soiling along the center back hem on each side of the vent. Front buttons are darkening due to wear. The hat is very good condition with a small soiled area in the front sweatband. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. All other condition issues are stated above.
