Property from the Estate of Patricia Ann Black Smyth, Sold to Benefit Berea College, Berea, KentuckyCondition:THE FIRSTThe overall condition is very good with some minimal spots on the sleeves near the knit cuffs on the printed side. The collar has minimal signs of wear most noticeable at the center back collar. THE SECONDThe overall condition is very good structurally with some minor wear along the neckline, a white spot on the front grosgrain ribbon binding near neckline and a loose thread on the right side seam near hem. THE THIRDThe overall condition Is very good with minor soiling along the hems of the sleeves and jacket bottom. There is some minor soiling along the neckline and a small red spot on the upper left front near shoulder. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. All other condition issues are stated above.
