Three Dresses; One Rosenstein, One Yellow Crepe, One Black with Soutache, 1940s
This lot includes three dresses.
THE FIRST
Black crepe long sleeve dress with black braided soutache on net inset along neckline and shoulders, and black velveteen and leather back faced belt with rhinestone buckle.

Condition:THE FIRSTThe overall condition is very good structurally though there is a loose section of soutache braid on the right back shoulder, a white spot on the back right sleeve hem, and light white soiling along the back neckline. The belt leather facing is cracked and coming away from the velveteen. THE SECONDThe overall condition is very good structurally though there is some minor bead loss along the right sleeve cuff as well as on the back right skirt hem. The inner lining of both sleeves has faded, due to age but is intact. THE THIRDThe overall condition is good with some loose sequined threads on the shoulder and hip and the right sleeve facing is coming loose. The entire hem line has a fair amount of soiling as well as the back skirt. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. All other condition issues are stated above.
