49.00 mm case diameter, white dial, black and red Arabic numerals, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, inner chapter ring calibrated for 24 hour clock, stem wound and set nickel movement signed SOUTH BEND WATCH CO. U.S.A. STUDEBAKER, engraved bezel and case back edge.
Inner case back stamp: S.W.C.CO. GOLD FILLED 20 YEARS 5956465.
Movement stamp: 1208255.
