37.00 mm case diameter, off white dial, applied gold Roman numerals, date aperture at 6 o'clock, subdial for month between 2 and 3 o'clock, subdial for moon phase at 6 o'clock, subdial for day of the week between 9 and 10 o'clock, power reserve indicator at 12 o'clock, exhibition case back, Cal. 315/199 37 jewel self-winding movement signed PATEK PHILIPPE, yellow gold rotor with logo, yellow gold brick link bracelet, double deployant clasp with logo. 7 1/4 inches inner circumference.
Lug stamp: (Swiss hallmark) 750 PPCo.
Movement number: 3143905.
Clasp stamp: PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE 750 (Swiss hallmarks).
103.40 dwt.
Accompanied by a Patek Philippe service tag, setting tool and inner and outer box.
