ILLINOIS WATCH CO., GOLD-FILLED OPEN FACE POCKET WATCH
42.00 x 42.00 mm case dimensions, silvered engine turned and foliate engraved dial, black Arabic numerals, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, stem wound and set 17 jewel nickel movement signed ILLINOIS WATCH Co. SPRINGFIELD, floral engraved bezel and case back edge, the case back with engine turned engraving and blank cartouche.
Inner case back stamp: BROOKLINE GUARANTEED 14 KARAT GOLD FILLED 4583718.
Movement stamp: 4309735.
