Harvey Littleton
(American, 1922-2013)
Untitled Three-Piece Sculpture, 1983
blown, cut, and polished glass
signed Harvey Littleton 4-1983
Largest 13 1/8 inches
Estimate $ 4,000-6,000
Provenance:
Habatat Galleries, Bay Harbor Islands, Florida
Work is in three pieces and there is evidence that it could have been designed as two piece sculpture in 1983. Two of the three pieces are signed and dated. There is only minimal wear and scratching to the surface. All edges are small to the touch. Color on the vertical column fades to a frosted sort of color finish that is consistent with other works by the artist.
