45.00 mm case diameter, matte silvered dial, black Arabic numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated for minutes, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, 60-minute chronograph register at 12 o'clock, stem wound and set 29 jewel movement with chronograph function signed H.R. EKEGREN MADE BY E. KOEHN GENEVA, SWISS, polished case back.
Inner case back stamp: ED.KOEHN GENEVA SWITZERLAND 18K J.E. CALDWELL & CO. (Swiss hallmark) 78914.
Cuvette engraved: H.R. EKEGREN, GENEVE, SUISSE MADE FOR J.E. CALDWELL & Co. PHILADELPHIA.
