Geoffrey Beene Ensemble, Spring 1988
This ensemble features a bodice with a large flower embroidered on the center front. A line drawing of this large flower is available in Lot 64.
Ensemble includes bodice, skirt, and jacket. The bodice is of white cotton embellished with a gold and white sequined flower, wide straps, and center back button closure. The skirt is of white and blue gingham check silk faille, gathered into a thin waistband and center back zipper closure. The jacket is white cotton pique with gold and black beading embellishment.

Condition:Overall condition is fair as the white fabric in jacket and top has yellowed espeically around neckline and strap. Structer is good. Skirt is in good condition with discoloration around hem.
