CARTIER, 18K ROSE GOLD AND DIAMOND 'BAIGNOIRE' WRISTWATCH
45.00 x 32.00 mm case dimensions, the bezel containing numerous round brilliant cut diamonds, guilloche dial, black Roman numerals with secret signature at 7 o'clock, reverse set diamond crown, Cal. 430 MC manual wind movement, exhibition case back, pink leather strap, deployant clasp.
Case back stamp: Cartier 1299336RX 3033 SWISS MADE Au 750 (Swiss hallmarks).
Clasp stamp: RH Au 750 Cartier (Swiss hallmarks) SWISS MADE.
Accompanied by a Cartier box.
