Signed by Doolittle, who led the first raid over Tokyo in 1924, Tibbets who piloted the Enola Gay in 1945, Yeager, who was the first pilot to break the sound barrier in 1947, and Glenn, the first American to orbit the Earth in 1962. -- CORRIGAN, Douglas (1907-1995).
