An Art Deco Platinum, Pearl and Diamond Tassel Necklace,
consisting of a triple strand necklace in four sections, containing numerous seed pearls (origin not tested) measuring approximately 3.48-3.89 mm in diameter strung knotted and joined with two knot motif openwork platinum gathers containing 34 old European cut diamonds and joining at a central openwork knot and foliate motif central plaque containing 41 old European cut diamonds, suspended from the plaque is an intricate openwork platinum pendant with millegrain accents containing 137 antique single cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.82 carat total suspending a fringe composed of 12 strands of pearls (origin not tested) measuring approximately 3.18-3.35 mm in diameter.

The pearls are moderately well matched in luster and body color. The pearls do not move between the knots, and the silk has minimal wear on the necklace. The nature of the construction of the tassel allows for noticable wear.
