36.00 mm case diameter, matte silvered dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE, applied gold Arabic and baton numerals with outer beaded chapter ring calibrated to 60 units, gold pencil hands, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, polished circular case, lapidated lugs, snap on case back, Cal. 12-600 AT self-winding 30 jewel movement adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions with swan neck micrometer regulator, fausses côtes finish, and guilloche finish 18 karat yellow gold rotor, black alligator strap, gold tone buckle.

The crystal shows scattered superficial scratches at 10X magnification. The dial shows craquelure texture to varying degrees across most of the surface and has moderate discoloration to an eggshell color, the painted signature is bright and distinct. The applied baton and Arabic numerals as well as the hands show minor to moderate discoloration.
The bezel, outer band, lugs and case back show moderate wear consisting of superficial to eye visible scratches with wear concentrated near the case back lip from repeated opening of the case. The strap shows significant wear, the buckle shows superficial scratches and minor corrosion on the underside.
