in a five petal floral design, containing numerous round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 8.00 carats total and 16 round brilliant cut black diamonds (origin of color not tested) weighing approximately 2.30 carats total.
Stamp: ITALY 750 18Kt (Italian maker's mark 2243AL).
