containing one pear shape mixed cut sapphire weighing approximately 4.98 carats, and 24 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.44 carats total, suspended from a white gold box chain. Stamp: 585. 4.90 dwts. Property from the Collection of a Lady, Elmhurst, Illinois.
