containing one sugarloaf cabochon cut orange red coral, the tapered shoulders and shank embellished with deep blue enamel between raised gold boundaries overlaid with a platinum spine containing 30 round brilliant and round single cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.85 carat total.
Hand Inscribed: Tiffany 18K.
