A Stainless Steel and Diamond Ref. 4910/010 "Twenty-4" Wristwatch, Patek Philippe,
the bezel vertically set with 36 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.45 carat total, 30.00 x 25.00 mm case dimensions, matte silvered dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE, applied silvered Roman numerals at 12 and 6 o'clock with the remaining block numerals set with round single cut diamonds, silvered baton hands, fluted rectangular case, case back affixed with four screws, Cal. E15 six jewel quartz movement, polished steel link bracelet with fluted terminals, double deployant clasp.
