A Platinum, White Gold, Aquamarine and Diamond Convertible Brooch/Bracelet, Van Cleef & Arpels, New York,
consisting of a clip brooch containing one octagonal mixed cut aquamarine measuring approximately 27.00 x 23.14 x 15.06 mm, 40 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.10 carats total, and eight baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.16 carats total, together with a detachable bracelet composed of a double row snake link chain surrounding an openwork white gold frame conforming to the brooch outline.
