20th century
each painted to show a continuous band of classical figures against a cobalt ground with allover gilt decoration, raised on a stepped square base bearing a painted beehive mark and illegibly inscribed to the underside.
Height 10 3/4 inches.

each with light wear overall; dirty; each lid with loss to finial; each marked to underside; one with lid adhered to vase and slightly loose on base, the other with remnants of adhesive where lid was once adhered (see images)
