- Lot Description
A Pair of Platinum, Sapphire and Diamond Dress Clips/Brooch,
in a stylized ribbon motif, containing two oval mixed cut sapphires measuring approximately 7.97 x 6.69 mm and 8.11 x 7.12 mm respectively, 62 baguette and calibre cut sapphires, and 78 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.92 carats total, together with a white gold brooch frame allowing wear as a single brooch.

SAPPHIRES
It is the opinion of the gemologist (Eblen) that the sapphires in these clips exhibit internal characteristics (unaltered crystals and "fingerprints", one stone with an unaltered brownish orange crystal possibly sphalerite or rutile) consistent with natural sapphire that have not been color/clarity enhanced with heat treatment.

Clarity: VS1-SI1
Overall Condition: No obvious damage visible under 10X magnificationCondition
