containing 12 heart shaped mixed cut multicolored sapphires weighing approximately 11.16 carats total, four round mixed cut multicolored sapphires weighing approximately 6.34 carats total, six round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.72 carat total and 224 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.24 carats total, posts with 18 karat white gold clip backs.
