A Pair of Berlin (K.P.M.) Porcelain Ewers
19th century
each having a baluster form body, painted to depict a continuous band of neoclassical figural scenes within a landscape setting, the handeled lid modeled with raised foliate and exotic bird decoration, with a bearded mask issuing a foliate scroll handle, all raised on a circular foot, with K.P.M. sceptre mark in underglaze blue to the underside.

Each in god condition without chips, cracks or repairs. Fairly dirty to exteriors. Gilt bright throughout with only minor rubbing. Light to moderate shelfwear to foot rims. Examination under UV light did not reveal any condition issues.
