in an openwork design, containing 10 round and cushion cut sapphires weighing approximately 9.00 carats total, 58 old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.25 carats total, numerous round single cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.00 carats total, and 20 baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.50 carats total, white gold clip backs, together with a white gold openwork frame allowing the clips to be worn as a single brooch.
