- Lot Description
A Pair of 18 Karat Bicolor Gold, Emerald and Diamond Earclips,
containing two octagonal step cut emeralds measuring approximately 8.80 x 8.25 x 5.30 mm and 8.76 x 8.00 x 5.20 mm respectively, together with 186 pave set round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.65 carats total.
Stamp: 750 18K ITALY.

NOTE: One earclip is missing a post.
Emerald Characteristics (graded in setting)
It is the opinion of the gemologist (Eblen) that the emeralds in these earclips have internal characteristics consistent with natural emerald, and that the most likely location of geographic origin would be Colombia based on numerous sharply angular outlined three-phase inclusions. An insignificant to minor amount of clarity enhancement was observed.
Measurements:
a. 8.76 x 8.00 x 5.20 = 2.68cts (Depth is approximate, weight not guaranteed)
b. 8.80 x 8.25 x 5.30 = 2.82cts (depth is approximate, weight not guaranteed)
Diamond characteristics: (graded in setting)
Color: G-H
Clarity: VS1-VS2
Condition: No obvious wear can be seen under 10x magnificationCondition
