One street lantern not working; both lanters with breaks and repairs. Fence with some damage; one window below street level broken. Scuffs and paint loss to some edges of the exterior. Door is missing the latch bar that keeps the house closed. The interior with some paint loss, residue, sticky tac and some sconces loose. Sconces in ballroom are not working. Surface dust throughout.
