A Finely Molded Famille Rose Porcelain Snuff Bottle
qianlong period (1736-1795)
of flattened circular form, molded in high relief depicting Four Heavenly Guardians riding beasts with an attendant on one side, all above a yellow keyfret ground, the reverse with two warriors and an attendant on a boat above rushing waves, the shoulders decorated with clusters of clouds, the underside glazed turquoise and bearing a Qianlong four-character iron red mark, having a glass stopper.
Height 2 1/8 inches.
