containing one cushion shape mixed cut red spinel measuring approximately 11.08 x 7.44 x 3.07 mm, 55 old European and antique single cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.85 carats, suspended from a platinum chain of later addition.
Accompanied by a copy of a Gemological Institute of America identification certificate number 2175626567, dated June 20, 2016, stating Species: Natural Spinel, Origin: Burma (Myanmar), Color: Red, Treatment: No indications of heating.
