the Ho-Ho bird finial above the segmented cartouche form mirror plate within a conforming frame carved to show rocaille and foliate C-scrolls.
Height 55 x width 23 inches.

Property from the Estate of Catherine and Gilbert Curren, Lake Bluff, Illinois
Scattered breaks, age splits and instances of loss (some detached segments retained) to the giltwood veneer throughout consistent with age. Both legs of the Ho-Ho bird finial with breaks and areas of loss (causing the finial to be rather loose). Scattered instances of loss to the giltwood veneer exposing the underlying gesso in a manner consistent with age. Some cloudiness and silvering to the mirror plate. - Shipping Info
