A Chinese Amber and Rose Quartz Beaded Court Necklace, Chao Zhu
18th/19th century
comprising 108 round amber beads separated by three large rose quartz Buddha's head fotou beads, suspending the beiyun composing a blue ribbon attached to the triple-gourd form rose quartz fota, divided by a matching oval rose quartz plaque, weighed down by an amber bead, a jadeite bead and a tear shape blue glass pendant, having three strands of amethyst beads, jinian, terminating in amethyst, rose quartz and blue glass pendant respectively.
Overall length 41 inches.

In overall fair condition. Wear consistent with age. All the amber beads intact and present. The large oval rose quartz pendant having a chip. One blue glass pendant with a chip. One strand of amethyst beads and the end of the beiyun are loose, but we have the beads.
