A Chanel Haute Couture 1950s Boucle Skirt Suit,
comprised of a jacket with a mandarin collar with an attached fringed scarf, decorative goldtone front button closure, a chain weighted hem and curved pockets; together with a matching skirt with a front center kick pleat, an attached chain link belt and a side zip closure. Both vertically lined in green silk.
Tape number 57967.
Labeled: Chanel.

Property of a Woman with Discerning Taste from the 50s, 60s and 70s
Overall good condition. The jacket is in very good condition. The silk skirt lining is compromised due to age, not wear; the lining is splitting at the seams and shows some deterioration, there is a white area of spotting on the lining.
