18K PINK GOLD CHRONOGRAPH OPEN FACE POCKET WATCH
50.00 mm case diameter, white dial, black Roman numerals, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, subdial for chronograph minutes at 12 o'clock, outer chapter ring for chronograph calibrated to 300 for 1/5 seconds, stem wound pusher set nickel movement, polished case back.
Cuvette engraved: No 18546 Giteau Elve de Breguet ANCIEN HORLOGER BTE DU ROI Palais-Royal 140 PARIS.
Inner case back stamp: 51604.
Stem stamp: (French import mark).
62.55 dwt.
