The ring features an oval-shaped sapphire cabochon measuring 11.65 x 8.60 x 4.90 mm and weighing 5.21 carats, enhanced by full and tapered baguette-cut diamonds weighing a total of 1.15 carat, set in platinum with a 14k white gold shank.
