The pendant-brooch features full and single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.15 carats, enhanced by baguette-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.50 carat, accented by pear-shaped rubies weighing a total of approximately 5.60 carats, complimented by a half-moon-shaped moonstone cabochon, set in platinum and 18k gold.
