The pendant-brooch features an oval-shaped ruby measuring 10.00 x 7.80 x 3.12 mm and weighing approximately 1.75 carats, enhanced by European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 4.50 carats, accented by keystone-cut sapphires weighing a total of approximately 0.75 carat, set in silver-topped gold, suspended by a detachable silver cable chain, having a European-cut diamond accent weighing approximately 0.15 carat. An AGL report # CS 68813 dated July 6, 2015 stating Natural Corundum, Origin Burma (Myanmar), No Gemological Evidence of Heat, accompanies the ruby. Gross weight 11.80 grams.
