If a parcel requires a different transport service due to unusual size, we will coordinate this with you beforehand. -Shipping processing and duration Once we receive your payment, we will process and ship your purchase within one business day. Delivery then usually takes another 1 to 3 working days within Germany. For deliveries within the EU, please calculate 5 to 8 working days. Delivery outside the EU can take 10 to 20 working days.
