If a parcel requires a different transport service due to unusual size, we will coordinate this with you beforehand. -Shipping processing and duration Once we receive your payment, we will process and ship your purchase within one business day. Delivery then usually takes another 1 to 3 working days within Germany. For deliveries within the EU, please calculate 5 to 8 working days. Delivery outside the EU can take 10 to 20 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other forms of payment, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period.
