Honegger (19th century) after Faehnlein (19th century): Group of Eskimos, c. 1830, Lithography
Technique: Lithography on Paper
Inscription: Lower right signed in the printing plate: "Honegger lith.". lower left inscribed in the printing plate: "Fähnlein del.".
Date: c. 1830
Size: Paper: 33,2 cm x 24,6 cm (13,1 x 9,7 in), Depiction: 20,7 cm x 13,2 cm (8,1 x 5,2 in)
Description: In an arctic landscape, a group of five Eskimos can be seen in the foreground. Clad in warm boots and coats, they appear to be hunting. They carry ropes and a knife.

Good condition. Isolated pale discolourations, the corners of the sheet are weakly bumped. The image is not affected by this.Condition
