Sterling silver sauce boat with ebonite handle and foot and tray designed by Svend Weihrauch, for Frantz Hingelberg of Aarhus, Denmark.
The sauce boat is 8″ (20cm) long, fantastic design and handcraftmanship. Note the ebonite insert under the foot, for heat insulation, a wonderfully functional detail.
The tray is 11½” x 7 1/8″ (29cm x 18cm).
Both pieces with hallmarks for F. Hingelberg, the tray is date marked “Anno 1940”. - Shipping Info
