- Lot Description
Rare Georg Jensen 18kt gold suite of a matching pendant and brooch, each with a large oval cut amethyst stone and pearls.
Both pieces were bought at the same time presumably between 1945-1952 and come in the original Georg Jensen and Wendel boxes from that era.
Pendant: Design #49 measures 2 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ (5.6cm x 3.1cm). The pendant chain length is 16″ (40cm). This pendant has 11 pearls.
Brooch: Design #56 measures 1 3/4″ x 1 1/4″ (4.3cm x 2.7cm). This brooch has 4 pearls. Each piece has a gross weight of 0.52oz (15g).
Both have vintage Georg Jensen GI hallmarks as well as 18KT, 750 and design number.
