- Lot Description
A comprehensive Georg Jensen Old Danish sterling silverware service, designed by Harald Nielsen in 1947. The entire set has matching Georg Jensen hallmarks and was bought new at Georg Jensen Germany in the 1950s/1960s. Almost all pieces have the original Georg Jensen felt bags and the original Georg Jensen German brochure where the client picked out the items in this set. This is the largest and most comprehensive Old Danish pattern service we have ever owned.
The set is for 12 place settings each with 20 pieces and many serving pieces.
